Everything was great until the end. Couldn’t get the gas cap open and send a message with no response. Happy to pay for the gas. However, adding a $10 convenience charge when I did reach out and filling up with super for over $5.00 a gallon is ridiculous. Charged me almost $50 for less than a half of tank. Very disappointing.

The car was clean and easy to find. The host communicated well and it was nice to be able to request a cooler. The rear tailgate was dented when i picked up the car, and the car was backed into a space, making it difficult to notice this pre-existing damage. Perhaps it would be wise to give renters a heads up about this type of damage?
