Car should have been better maintained. We broke down at a gas station 2 hours away from our destination. The car was towed and we were left there. We were provided a $75 uber voucher and had to come out of pocket for a hotel for the weekend and forfeit our reservstions in orlando because we had no other transportation. Had to buy a train ticket just so we could get home because no other transportation was provided due to the vehicle breaking down. Will not be using turo again
