Nice car. Good communication overall. Picked up vehicle from the parking structure, but was told to park it in the surface lot upon return, which is further from the terminal, and more difficult to find a parking space. I assume this is a business decision because it is cheaper to leave the surface lot compared to the parking structure, but I had to pay the parking structure exit fee.. Just seems like the cost is passed on to the consumer.. At any rate, it was a nice vehicle.

Thank you for your 5 star review! Just to clarify though, parking costs are passed to your host. You will see on your receipt you were credited for the parking fee you paid and that comes directly from our earnings and of course we pay the parking fee to pick up the car after your trip. We are constantly adjusting our process due to policy changes and construction at the airport. We do our best to accommodate but some things are out of our control.
