No aircondition. Bad pickup spot

The Escape was picked up with working A/C. You stated that it stopped working. We offered for you to return the vehicle or for our mechanic to come out and look at it. You didn't want either option and you extended your trip in the vehicle. We have verified the A/C is working properly once the Escape was returned and did a complete inspection and also drove it for several days.
