I've had the Turbo app on my phone for a while now, but this was my first time actually using it. I booked less than 24 hours from my reservation time, so I was a bit nervous going in. Vacation Outfitters provided clear instructions, and were very responsive when I reached out. It was definitely a relief for my first Turo experience!
