Benjamin was a great host and communicates well when issues arise! The vehicle had a few issues which he pointed out one and I pointed out two others. I didn’t like the fact that he assume we caused the damage when I pointed out the issue to him when I noticed it! Once these items are addressed the vehicle will be great for service. There is not alot of trunk space for a large size family. I had a family of 6 and we rode tighty along with our luggage!

As an owner I can only go off the vehicle pictures beforehand and there was no damage in that area . I didn’t report it to turo or charge you anything for the minor damage. With the starlights in the roof malfunction I certainly gave the company a call with the issue which is being fixed first thing in the morning. I even sent you funds back for the inconvenience for you and your family and again . Far as the trunk space Tahoes doesn’t have an extended cabin like Suburbans and I’m sorry for that
The host was extremely understanding and helpful- we needed the vehicle a little earlier than the time booked for and he communicated politely until it was ready for us, and yes, we got it earlier than the pick up time. The interior and exterior areas of the car were clean and it was everything that the description said.
