Willie was extremely attentive. We unfortunately had a mechanical malfunction with the vehicle and he was able to get us a replacement car within a few hours. Thanks Willie!

The car was not at the pick up location when we arrived. Needless to say we were a bit concerned since our five days in Maine depended on having a car. Eventually, 20 minutes to a half hour later our car arrived. Other than that the car was fine.

I apologize for the 5-minute delay. The reservation time was 4:30 PM, and the vehicle arrived only a few minutes after that. We also notified you ahead of time that we were running a few minutes late. I understand you arrived earlier than the scheduled pick up time and that is why it seemed later to you but the vehicle was not 20–30 minutes late as stated in the review. I just want to clarify the actual timing.
