Car was late. My reservation was supposed to start at 9pm and the car didn’t arrive until 930. I messaged the host at 840pm to get the check in info and didn’t hear from him until 930 after I had contacted customer service.

As I explained when we met, the vehicle had been mistakenly taken by another Turo guest and was returned later than expected. This put us on a tight schedule to get it cleaned and ready. I’m glad we were able to get the vehicle to you, and I appreciate your patience and understanding.
Cell service at Logan if far from edge of parking can make checkin/out slow, but otherwise great!
