Great experience all around! Extras were great. Pickup was quick and drop off was flexible with time and location. Vehicle was just right for our needs too. Plenty of room and got pretty good gas mileage as well.

The GMC Terrain had high mileage but was very well maintained. I had no issues with it, and it took regular unleaded gas. Very good mileage, plenty of room for the two of us. Pickup was easy. The vehicle was located in the ride share area (no charge upon exit) of the economy garage.
The only issue I had was returning it to the same ride share area. It was very busy, and you had to wait for a space to open up in that area before you could park the car. If you were trying to catch a same day flight, this could cause you a problem if you cut your return too close.
The backup plan provided by the host lets you pull a parking ticket in the paid area of the economy garage, which is what I had to do. Other than that, a very pleasant experience and communication was great. I did save money over renting from a more traditional, major, mainstream car rental company.

The rideshare area can get busy at times, and while that part is completely out of our control, we always provide a backup plan if parking is full. So far, no one of our guests has ever missed a flight because of parking..
