Exceptional service. When we missed our connecting flight due to a flight delay, the host immediately responded, insured us the vehicle would be ready, and worked with us to make sure the car was available at the new pick up time - all for no extra charge! Car was in great condition, clean, and was a comfortable ride. I will absolutely use them again if I come back to Albany.
