Tom is an exceptionally responsible and helpful host! Before we started, he took the time to thoroughly explain how to operate the Tesla and walked me through all the software features and charging steps. Even though I had rented a Tesla for three weeks about a year ago, I felt like a beginner all over again this time. However, Tom made me feel completely at ease and not nervous at all. The whole trip went so smoothly! He was amazing at explaining where to charge and how to use all the tech in the car. It was such a great experience, and I hope everyone renting a car gets as lucky as I did to have a host like Tom. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, Tom!
