I’m disappointed that the first vehicle experience was mentioned again, as I had hoped we could move forward after addressing it. I also want to clarify that the smoking concern was investigated and was not supported by our records or inspection. We take cleanliness seriously and always try to resolve concerns fairly and professionally. I appreciate your positive feedback.
Host is pleasant and nice. Replies fast.. rental car brakes made loud noises when coming to stop hitting brakes. Front right passenger wheel only had one lug nut in the tire. Tire almost fell off while driving. Pulled over contacted host. Host came to where I was and fixed the tire. Cancelled the rest of schedule time with rental. Other than that very great experience

Mid-trip, the guest reported the car was shaking and could not be driven. I immediately went to the location and found 4 of 5 wheel studs broken. I offered to take the guest home and repair the studs, which she accepted. I later became concerned that unauthorized tire/wheel work may have been performed. Afterward, communication became confrontational with conflicting statements. I submitted the matter to Turo for review.

Host was easy to contact however I was not notified that the car door censors were malfunctioning so throughout the entire duration of the trip, which I informed the host immediately, the car door alarm consistently and continuously goes off at all times when driving. Wish I knew before hand and never should have been given with this driving distraction.

The guest reported the door lock was opening/closing automatically with a beeping noise. I offered to repair it during the trip, but the guest declined and said it was fine. After return, we found the door latch bent and repaired it immediately, no questions asked. We only wish the issue had been addressed during the trip instead of later mentioned in the review.
