Great and quick communication! I found the car without any trouble when I got there. It was clean and just as pictured. The trunk was big enough for my luggage and stroller. The back is also spacious enough for rear-facing car seats.

Service light came on during my trip
The guest reported a check engine light during the trip but declined assistance and continued driving until the rental ended. The car was returned with no warning lights, but the gas tank was not refilled. I later found in computer memory history, the gas cap was not properly secured, which likely caused the warning light. We work hard to maintain our vehicles, and it is unfair for hosts to receive negative reviews or penalties for issues caused by guest negligence.
