i had never had to meet someone IN PERSON to pick up a car — seemed really controlling and just crazy to me — but I did it (even tho nowhere said this wud be the case) I came in on a red eye flight and had to rush out and walk to meet him in the middle of the night to get the keys before luggage had been dropped off because he insists on seeing your face (so crazy to me) — after he left and we loaded I was devastated the car sounded HORRIBLE like the way it sounds when it starts up (every time) is just disheartening this is a very old vehicle. i feel bad that i have to say this stuff but for the price i paid which was massive this car should have been mint condition and it is not ! otherwise jose is a really nice guy but i wud never rent this again or suggest it sorry he needs to fix it or trade it in i have no idea how no one else mentions this how bad it sounds on start up and i feel that more dignity and respect should be taken with renting such a terrible sounding car

Joselyne- I’m truly surprised to read this since you never mentioned any of this during our conversations. You even seemed really thankful via text, after changing the return time a couple of times, and even the location, and I adjusted my schedule every time to accommodate you. The car is a V8 supercharged, and nobody has ever complained about any engine noises. Lastly, on my page, under guest instructions, it says I will deliver the car in person. Sounds like you missed that when you booked.
