Car problems but host did an amazing job doing everything he could to rectify.
Turo as a company is one of the worst in the business in terms of customer support. They under-reimburse, don't take into consideration time wasted and frustration with car problems, don't make any attempt to reach out to you to fit you with another host once trouble reported, and entirely depend on the consumer to do the heavy lifitng when problems arise, unlike Hertz, Budget, Alamo, and other direct rental corps.
