The car was fine, host didn’t speak any English at all, picked up the car from a woman and a dropped it off to a man, wasn’t aware of that so caught off guard, also he was smoking as I was doing my final inspection which was just rude and disrespectful
The vehicle was returned in unsatisfactory condition — trash was left inside.
The client rescheduled the return twice and changed the arrival time multiple times, ultimately arriving at 11 PM.
Throughout the entire rental, I was always available and responded promptly to all questions.
Complaints about not speaking English are unfounded — this did not affect the quality of the rental, and other clients have not had any issues.
