Car was what we ordered and pickup was easy. Only disclosed upon pickup that we had to wash and vacuum the jeep before returning, and stated that there was no charge...just pull up to the member line. No sticker was on the Jeep, so we did have to pay. Plus not ideal to have to do all that before catching a flight.
