Scam. Upon arrival car was not in location on listing, keys were not in a lockbox as listed, one of our guests tripped going back and forth through parking lots to find the vehicle. Upon finding vehicle we noticed a lot of minor dings, scratches, and chipped windshield (documented immediately), car was also filthy inside, sand/trash/change. We go to leave airport just to find out there was a 174 parking fee on the vehicle because it was left in short term parking for a WEEK prior to our trip. Vehicle was left in short term parking on the 2, we did not book the reservation until the 5th and didn’t arrive until the 8th! Host was not willing to help. Turo paid the parking fee. Driving to our rental home the sun visor which is broken fell and hit the driver in the face THREE times on a highway!! Upon arrival at our rental home we noticed the tags and registration are EXPIRED. Host again was not responsive and the vehicle was towed by Turo. Turo at this point has not been helpful in a swap either, leaving us to chose a different rental route. I would avoid Turo and ESPECIALLY this vehicle at all costs. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
You were a terrible customer to work with. We were asleep and you had our car towed because the paperwork wasn’t in the glove box. Nasty, nasty person.
