SUV needs a wheel balance and alignment. On highway it would shimmy at speed. Overall for a 10 year old vehicle thats our only complaint. Also didn't like the fact we had to get it washed and vacuumed before returning. Not convenient finding this out a couple days before our trip ended and having to squeeze it in to our plans.

About cleaning: I asked to clean it if the car is trashed, if it's a normal use, don't have to worry about. Sorry about that.
