I was a little skeptical when I read some of the reviews, but my expectations were exceeded. We used this for a family trip and we all sat comfortably. Very spacious, a lot of luxury features like cooling/ heated/ massage seats. Takes premium gas but it’s actually good on gas, not a gas guzzler like I thought it would be. Communication was good with hosts. Easy contactless pickup and drop off. If we need a larger vehicle for a family trip again we would definitely rent again. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, see for yourself! Great car.

The car was in rough shape. It had a severe rattle on left side. The cruise control intermittently worked the sunroof had a seal that was hanging down inside the vehicle. The seats air conditioning did not work. The leather on the dashboard was peeling up and there was a crack in rear passenger seat plastic. I would not use this host again.
