The car was ready for pickup at location. It was convenient due to lack of rental cars in the area.
I’m sorry about the rear hatch, someone pressed the memory button which limits the height it goes up. A simple press of the button cleared it and it resumed normal function. The interior will be cleaned again before the next guest.
