Carter was incredibly responsive. Unfortunately the car smelled of smoke upon receipt.
So sorry about the smell Kristen. The guest before you smoked and unfortunately Turo wouldn’t do anything about it so I tried to clean it myself.
I’ll be sure to get it professionally cleaned before the next guest.

Last minute had to find new ride and booked this vehicle. Host was accommodating and the ride was wonderful. My trip went over the mileage and host discounted it for me without me asking! Super awesome would most definitely rent again.
