The car was great and so easy to pick up! It was a smooth pickup and drop-off. Jairo was super nice, and I'll definitely be choosing them again if they are available. The windows wouldn't roll down unless the driver operated them, but otherwise everything was perfect!

I apologize about the window issue. The windows do work, but it's possible that the window lock button was accidentally turned on during the trip, which can prevent some of the windows from operating normally. I'll make sure to double-check that before future rentals.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
