Jack and his Kia Soul are incredible! Pick up and drop off was super easy, Jack was very quick to respond to any questions and comments we had! He was very flexible about extending the return time from 8pm to 9pm, free of charge. The car is extremely clean, runs so smoothly and we reached up to 45mpg by driving just a little slower. We had the best time with the Kia and the best experience with pick up and drop off. Thank you Jack!
