The Audi is awesome. Super clean lots of power and handled great for road trip. Owner is very responsive and easy to contact. Highly recommend!

It was so easy to pick up and drop off the car. Kris was so nice and the car was great. He took extra time to make sure I felt comfortable with the car and told me I could call him if I had any questions or problems with the car. I wanted to return the car earlier in the day and he was so accommodating and . I would definitely get a car from him again the next time I am in the area!

The car was clean and the pickup and drop off was easy. However, there are several issues with the car that were not disclosed. On multiple occasions, we had a hard time getting the vehicle to start. It took many attempts to get it to start up, and at one point we thought we were going to get stuck at the restaurant we were having dinner at. In addition, the brakes need work and the tire tread is very low. These two issues were especially concerning given that we were going up and down windy, steep, roads in Sonoma. Overall, the vehicle needs maintenance before I believe it is safe to continue renting out.

I’m very sorry to hear that you were displeased with the vehicle, but I can assure you that all aspects of this vehicle have been thoroughly checked. This vehicle has just gone through a safety inspection and has no issues, the problem with starting I believe was the brake pedal was not applied enough to register for startup.
