Car was spotless and such a fun drive, easy communication and the entire trip went so smoothly! My fam and I loved the rental and the entire experience!
I’m so glad you enjoyed the Rivian! 850 hp makes it quite quick! We are so lucky to have so many fast chargers around us! We hope to see you again soon!

Amazing host and vehicle! Great communication and easy pickup and drop off. This vehicle is top notch and I will definitely rent again. If you’re ever in the SRB area, make sure you rent with Brent, Chris, and their team.

The only information provided for pick up was that the vehicle was in short term parking. After wandering the entire parking lot for 30 minutes, we reached out to Brent for help, who after multiple messages never replied. We resorted to calling Turo customer service, who was able to get him on the phone, where he admitted he didn't know where the vehicle was because someone else dropped it off. After finally locating the vehicle, we were disappointed in the condition of it. Crumbs, stains and trash throughout it. Lights on the dashboard indicating all 4 tires needed air (they were down 7-8psi). Also, the key fob battery was low and gave us trouble unlocking the vehicle. We also messaged Brent to let him know we were returning it early, but no response and the request expired. I will say that communication with Brent was decent prior to our arrival, but pretty much stopped completely once we got to the airport. We use Turo on a regular basis and have never had a bad experience, but would not rent from Brent again.
