Had a little mixup on the pickup. Car was about 30 minutes late. But once I had it, it was great.
Unfortunately, the previous renter returned the car later than expected. We had the car clean, however, I’m not sure if there was something that was dirty, we did not receive any communication that there was a problem with issues with the cleanliness. We have a detailed team in between all car rentals.
