very easy and great thanks but the car was older

Of course the car was older. It’s at 2011 and you knew that before you booked thank you for your business.
IOAN was very kind and flexible with our travel plans. Great communication and customer service. We had some unexpected car troubles at the end of our trip (it happens) and IOAN was quick to communicate and make things right. Overall great experience and wonderful host.
