Car smelled horrible. Air filter and oil change warnings were on from first day got at airport. Toilet paper a chair and water left in the truck from previous trip. Car only had half tank when picked up not full like every other trip

Great car! Wish they would have left the car with a full tank so I wasn’t playing the guessing game at the gas pump of how much gas I needed to put in the car. But overall, we were highly satisfied.

I’m so glad you enjoyed the car! My team always strive to provide highest VIP service possible. Unfortunately, we are about an hour drive away from the airport to drop off the car so we do use some gas driving it to the airport. I wish there was some gas stations closer to the airport! I’m so glad you enjoyed your trip and we hope to see you again soon!

Drop off and pickup very convenient. However car was not clean when we received it. We had to vaccuum it before our trip.

We pride ourselves in VIP services and if there is ever an issue, we were not made aware of the issue.
Needed to be cleaned and didn’t have windshield wiper fluid. Sand on the dash and inside
