Broken seat upon arrival. Had to wait for another vehicle to be brought to us. Otherwise, good trip and communication.

Yes, that was so bizarre, the seat would fold down, but wouldn’t unfold back up. That’s new problem that I’ve never seen on any of my cars. I’m so sorry about that seat on the car, that we just had a full inspection, oil change, etc on. Unfortunately, there’s no way to predict such a strange problem of a seat being stuck in the recline position. I’m so glad my team was able to get this remedied quickly for you.
