I’ll start by saying that the vehicle was clean and exactly where the Host said it would be and that I’m very appreciative of that, however, we did not receive the vehicle we originally booked and instead were given a Jeep Grand Wagoner. We originally booked the Escalade because we needed something big enough that had roof mounted vents for our 8 month old daughter since she is in a rear facing car seat. We were told as we were boarding our flight that the car was still in for service at the dealership but renter before us left a review saying that they had not received the car either. I wouldn’t have been upset at all if they had said something a day or two in advance so I could get something else figured out. They were kind enough to refund the roughly $7 difference in cost from what we rented to what we received.

Didn’t receive the car we booked. Booked the Cadillac Escalade and received a Jeep Wagoneer, while it was the same size as the Escalade, it definitely felt like a down grade. Owner mentioned they did not receive the Escalade back in time for our rental and I understand the switch.

I’m so sorry the previous Renter didn’t return the car on time. The Jeep Wagoneer series 3, that actually has more options than the Cadillac Escalade, we could’ve switched you back out. If you still wanted the Escalade after the Renter returned it. We hope to see you again soon.

The car was very dirty upon arrival and the low oil light was on. Other than that, the vehicle was fine. We didn’t use it very much as a precaution to the low oil light.

I’m so sorry that the oil light came on, it’s not due for an oil change for another several thousand miles according to the sticker on the windshield. My Detail team has been notified that it was not cleaned as well as it should be. That has been remedy, absolutely! I’m glad you enjoyed the Cadillac, however! It’s amazing how many features this vehicle has!
