This 2013 Audi Q5 was an absolute pleasure to rent—clean, smooth, and clearly very well maintained, which made the entire driving experience feel reliable and comfortable from start to finish. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service; the host went above and beyond with communication, flexibility, and genuine hospitality, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. I’m incredibly grateful for the accommodation and care provided—this is exactly how car rentals are supposed to be done. Would gladly rent from Paradise Rentals again.

Turo cancelled my reservation a thankfully the host upgraded me with no charge. Turo also cancelled my daughter’s reservation and she booked with car rentals.com
