Great value for the price. The Model Y was an older model, but it drove well and had no issues during my rental. Pickup was easy, and everything worked as expected. I’d happily rent it again.

Having FSD was great, but car was dusty outside and screen was greasy inside. No wipe down was done. Car acceleration and speed was locked on parental control, making overtaking and merging hard and dings at you constantly. I own a Tesla and have rented multiple on Turo, first I’ve had that was limited. Wanted to get the same experience away from home but the software locked trip made it frustrating to say the least.

I pride myself on keeping the interior pristine, maintaining constant communication, and accommodating my guests however I can. I also let you know in advance that the exterior may not be spotless since the vehicle is kept outdoors. As soon as you told me the speed limiter was impacting your trip, I removed it immediately. I appreciate your feedback and will continue improving the experience for future guests.
