Car was a little dirty on the outside but other than that everything was great.
Hi Judith, we do really appreciate your business. I went back and looked at the photos of the vehicle, and reviewed the weather. On the 26th the day before your trip the temperature never got above 29° so the car wash was probably closed. I can see what you’re talking about with the car being a little dirty. I’ll talk with my cohost about letting guests know if there was a problem with the outside of the car being clean due to weather issues.
