Great communication and very easy pickup. My host, Alejandro was super. The car was in great shape and very clean —no smell and very little visible wear.

Alejandro was great — communicative and helpful. This was my first time renting from Turo and he answered all of my questions, before, during, and after the rental, and arranged to deliver and pick up the car to accommodate my travel needs (for a fee, which admittedly would have been good to know before booking — but I think that’s a flaw of Turo, not Alejandro),
The car was perfect for road tripping through northern New Mexico — surprisingly good gas mileage! There is a known issue with the tire pressure sensor and the trunk door (works fine manually but not automatically), but neither affects the performance of the car.
I’d feel confident renting from Alejandro again.

Everything was fine. Car was clean, but system alerts (minor stuff) came on.
Tire sensor and def fluid low. Items that should have been taken care of before the transaction.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Refuel the vehicle
Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
No off-roading
