My rental experience with Carl was superb! Communication was excellent and we were very well taken care of. I didn’t realize that the car we were renting was fully electric and was a bit nervous about the charging - even though I drive a Tesla - I have only had experience with those chargers. Carl explained everything to me and charging was very simple as there are chargers everywhere. The car itself is amazing - the ride was super smooth and very quiet - a true pleasure to drive! If I come back to Santa Fe, not only will I rent from Carl again- but would look forward to renting this car again - it was a joyful experience.
