The car was great! Worked well, met all of our trip needs - pick up and drop off process was easy and Ken was very responsive via Turo! It was a great first experience for me with Turo!

We enjoyed having an extra vehicle while we were back home for a couple of weeks visiting family. Vehicle ran great and had no issues. The exterior of the car has a couple cosmetic issues that we didn’t notice in the pictures, but nothing documenting the with our own pictures didn’t solve.
We did feel like the communication could’ve been better around drop off time. When we picked up the vehicle, we didn’t receive a location of where the vehicle was parked until 15 mins before our designated pickup time. It was slightly inconvenient given that our flight landed early and in the original instructions, we were told we’d know where the car was parked an hour beforehand.

Car was conveniently parked and able to return easily. It was clean, got good gas mileage, no issues and we had it for 9 days. Thank you!
