I was supposed to pick up my car at 10:00 AM, but I picked it up at 11:00 AM. When I picked up the car, it was completely dirty inside and out. The car's insurance papers were missing, and the car's inspection hadn't been completed. When I asked why the car hadn't been inspected, he said, "There's no problem." I returned the car. I've been texting for hours, and he doesn't respond to any of my messages. Every time I send a text, he replies with a short reply after an hour.
