Great host and car. The car was very nice, clean, most of all comfortable. Shuo was very quick to respond to questions and he also made it a very easy pick up and return at the San Jose airport.

Shuo was very responsive, the initial vehicle that I wanted had a flat tire so he had to get that replaced but couldn’t in time. He offered another option supposedly cost a lil more but he was so sweet to rent it to me for no extra charge. The pickup and drop off instructions were very clear and easy to find. I did unfortunately accidentally scratched the right passenger side due to very narrow driveway and parking spots. We’re working on getting it resolved; waiting for the quote then will settle the bill. I sincerely apologize. Other than that everything was great.
