Pickup location was not clear. It was at street parking around the building instead of within the building as expected. This could have been more clearly communicated for quicker, easier car pickup.
The car itself was great, drove smoothly without problems. Plenty of space in the trunk, and even more when putting the backseat row down. Whenever we started up the car, there was a notification/light on the dashboard that indicated windshield washer fluid is low, though this didn’t really affect our trip. Apple carplay is not via bluetooth and requires the phone to be connected to the car with a cable, but that’s fine and worked well for us!

Nearly unusable CarPlay

The car was ok. We had 2 issues: one was a check engine light that put the car into limp mode. Luckily it went away when we restarted the car, so it is probably just a bad sensor. But we encountered that 3 times. The other issue is that we specifically said we were taking the car to the snow, and the car needs new wipers. The car has almost 100,000 miles and needs to be well-maintained if it’s going to be rented to people. The car was reasonably clean and the hosts were responsive.
