Car functioned great and Marissa was very fast to respond but upon pick-up, the car was filthy both inside and out to the point where I couldn’t properly see outside the vehicle. I had to pay out of pocket to take it through a car wash and her response to this was lackluster.
You can’t give people a gross vehicle.
