The car was beeping a lot and had a nasty blemish on the dash
The guest was informed about the vehicles condition and updates prior to the trip. The blemish mentioned was leftover residue from a removed phone holder and does not affect the vehicles use. The startup noise is part of the cars normal routine system check. It seems the review may have been influenced by the guest being asked to refill the tank as required, rather than an actual issue with the vehicle.

Jay was great to work with and happily accommodated my last minute booking, even delivering the car to us when short term parking was full. Unfortunately the car had a lot of warning lights on which made driving it less than ideal.

Jay was a great Host. Responsive and very helpful. Only thing the car had several maintenance notifications. Otherwise everything was great. The car was super comfortable, had great road handling on the curvy roads up to Santa Ynez over the 154. Loved driving it.
