Car quality was terrible. Key stopped working in the middle of the trip had to replace the battery myself. Air conditioner doesn't work. Would not rent this car ever again

Car was very clean and drove well. The A/C went out one day and it was in the 90s, but Belen communicated well and worked very hard with us to figure out a solution.
