Deniz was very pleasant and kind!
My true rating is 4.5. I take .5 points off for the pickup and delivery process. It was slightly inconvenient picking up and returning the vehicle in his condo / apartment complex; however, Deniz was extremely helpful navigating us through the process.
I plan to return as a guest due to the overall experience!!! 💫

The wipper of the driver’s side was missing, other than that the car is perfect and the host was friendly!
