Pickup was awesome - car was waiting in the pickup lane for us right in front of the airport. The car was clean, drove great, fun little ride to zip around in. Drop off was super easy too! Parked in the lot at the airport as instructed and left the keys in the provided lockbox. Received helpful messages and check-ins throughout our stay including a notice that there had been increased theft in the area and to be sure to take our valuables out of the car and lock it. This was my first time using Turo - and I will do it again!!! So much better than the big car rental companies!!!
