It was fine but charging was a pain

The car itself was clean and great! The host instructions were clear re: ev charging.
However, charging was still a challenging experience. We own a Tesla so I am used to planning routes with charge stops in mind, but ran into issues with plenty of the ev chargers themselves. Occupied, broken, or just complicated to set up. If chargers are full, you very well could sit there and wait 40 minutes for someone else’s car to charge then have to wait another 40 for yours… I gave myself over an hour and a half to charge before dropping it back off at the airport- the two charge stations near the airport were occupied, it took 15 min to get the charger to work once it was my turn, and in the end I still ran out of time and couldn’t return the car with a full charge. It may have been fine if I was planning to do minimal driving on the trip. Unfortunately, I would not rent an ev car again.

I specifically stressed that you get familiar with the charging process before you actually needed a charge, then you take it out on me because you did not heed my instructions. This is not a Tesla and I should have rated you a 3
