Too expensive with no leway

Guest wanted to extend his trip at no charged, told him to extend it through turo and I will approve it, if turo is charging him for an extension then I couldn’t do anything, I can’t just let you keep a car without putting the correct return details in the system.

The quality of the car was pretty great. The vehicle is smooth and very clean. Picking up the vehicle was very simple and convenient. I rated this trip 3/5 star because the power adapter (both) did NOT work. So my phone was not be able to be charged when I was out and about. Also, when I picked up the vehicle I noticed the gas was not completely full. It was 311 miles and when I refilled the tank it was 385. Overall it was a good experience and I had no other issues. John provided clear instructions and was quick to reply to my messages.

I’m glad the overall experience was great 🙌🏼 I always strive to meet the expectations of my guest including that is always to fill up the tank each and every trip. Thou it showed different miles of range when they picked up the vehicle, I provided it to them full tank of gas. For the charging port, I can confidently confirm that they are all working, (tried them myself after this guest trip) it could be the adapter that the guest had with them isn’t working.
