Car smells like smoke, transmission slipping, $47.00 charge at the airport to get it. Hosts are very responsive, but in the end car needs some attention and I shouldn’t be responsible to pay that much to get the car out of the airport.

Sorry you had this experience. The $47 airport parking fee was refunded, but you didn’t wait for the refund. At pickup, you didn’t mention any smoke smell or transmission issues. We personally drove the car when you picked it up, and there was no smoke smell and the transmission was working normally. If you had let us know, we would have been happy to help and address the issue right away. We always do our best to take care of our guests.
