Car is brand new. It’s very comfortable and safe to drive the new RAV4. It made whole family happy during this trip. It’s also meticulously clean. Host is super helpful and very responsive. He prepared a sun shield for us when I asked if there’s one, and responded to every message within seconds. Super reliable and reassuring host and car made our trip very successful!
