Car quality: Mid! On the first night of having the car, the trunk latch got jammed and we had to ride around with an open trunk. I had to return the car just for Juan to “fix” the issue. On the second night of having the car.. we opened the moon roof to watch the fireworks from the car and when we went to close it, it “got jammed”. This was obviously inconvenient as we rented in Texas in July and it’s 95° out. I asked for a refund since this car obviously does not meet the requirements to be rented out. I was told I could only get refunded for the days I didn’t use the car so I returned it early at this point because the car had been causing more issues than it’s been helpful. I returned the car on July 5th at 3:45pm.
Pick up location: convenient.
The host: nice but needs to take this car off of the site until it is fixed..
